This app has a lot of glitches, That should have been fixed as long as Ive had it. The messages come & leave. The only good thing about it, is it shows you the number amount of customers in your store & Where they located. Please work to make this App better, it had potential

App stops working when left o over might, users are frozen in screen so Ill never get future messages.

This could be a great app but doesnt stay connected and zero reliability. Useless until its fixed.

Once again, The app does not alert me when visitors are on my site. It also does not keep me online to live chat like it claims, in spite of the fact I have the "online" button tapped via the app. Would NOT recommend

Does all that is advertised. I like it because if Im working late at night, I just change my status to online and people can contact me since they know Im up working. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

As others have stated, this app does NOT push notifications when someone is chatting in for support! Defeats the purpose to have to "synchronize". That is what the app is supposed to be doing on its own every minute or so, not manually.

Ive been waiting for this a long time. Works great. Need feature to add templates for messages. I see some default ones there but cant add custom ones.

We get a kick out of using this app and chat functionality on our site - www.amped.co.za. We set up the alert as the cracking whip and the moo!! Very cool to get to see customers moving around our site and when its really cool to see them go into the cart. Great app. Wish I had thought of it. Rob Im amped.

Push Notifications have started working with latest OS and iPhone 6s

Completely useless, doesnt notify you when its in the background. Leads to many lost chats.

As another reviewer stated, app does not remain connected. Push notifications are working; however, you lose 15-30 seconds waiting for app to log you in if you were to click on the push notification or reopen the app from multi-task switcher. Youre better off using app just for the push notifications and going to your mobile browser to interact with the visitor.
