Zopim ist wohl das beste was es gibt. Aber das App funktioniert nicht. Attemping to Login. Does Not work!!!! Tried Already 100 Times

Very usefull. Hope to see an ipad version soon.

Zopim is working fine with WiFi but get connection problems with 3G in Germany...(vodafone).. :(

Still no adjustment for iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, and I am getting logged out very often. For sure this issue caused some lost customers and should be fixed as soon as possible! I will give 3-4* when these issues are fixed and 5* when its also possible to edit some settings currently only editable via web.

Works well for what it is. Problem I have is that when I log out it continues to send notifications to my phone. I wish we could also view chat historys and visitor stats.

I am having problem with the app. Its not working for last 2 days.

This installed easy, works great and my clients are going to love it!

Good app however could use some upgrades. Dont like that I cant see missed chats in my phone and Im not notified when one is missed. Also sometimes it doesnt seem to work at all and your chats dont come through get there they are in your history. Its a great idea though!

App seems to work well but looking forward to an upgrade to a fully optimized version for the iPad... it doesnt rotate to landscape

No single service and app have had a more positive impact on my business in terms of reaching new clients than Zopim. The app works exactly as described, with excellent notifications and reliability. One request? Where is the native iPad app? Great work Zopim team!
