Repeatedly forcing log outs , just bad practice altogether

First off as others have stated, visitor and chat notification are not reliable. Now the fact that I cant login because the login button is not recognized, unbelievable. What kind of amateur developers do you have that you cant push an update to allow users to at least be able to login. The devs and support team are aware of both issues and the answer I received more than 3 months ago was a new app update was coming sometime in 2015.. Update- The new update that just came in Feb 2015, with "improved login logic" does NOTHING. Exact same issue. Cant login. No response from the login button whatsoever. UPDATE 6/7/15- So I bought the iPhone 6+ updated to the most current OS, and the app actually worked ....for about a week. This is such a crap app these people have no clue what theyre doing. Scrap this app and start over. HORRIBLE!

This is he most unreliable app Ive ever used. Most of the time I cant even log in, and sometimes I cant log out. Their customer service always acts surprised by this. Dont bother using this app, try anything else.

This app is absolutely brutal and the support from Zopim is a joke. They just say "oh you can use the PC". The whole point of the app is to be able to chat with users while on the go. Im a small business and I dont have time to sit by a computer. These guys dont care about the issue at all.

This app used to work well for me, since the update to iOS 8.4 I never get notifications. I have deleted and reinstalled and its still not working. Please fix this critical issue!

This wont stay connected unless its open

You need a stable software version so people can chat with prospective customers... This simply needs a new developer to get it right. Please try again.

I agree with all of the other terrible posts. cant even log into this stupid thing after 3 days. Forget it.

Unless you want to keep this app open all day long while you wait for chat requests, dont bother. Will not notify about incoming chats once the app is closed out. Worthless app.

The bugs on this app render it unusable and defeats the purpose of having a mobile app. Very unfortunate because the service itself is great. I just cancelled ZopIM in favor of another provider with a more stable mobile solution.

Used to work great but over the course of a few months, the app continues to crash all the time, logs you out, doesnt notify you when a customer is on the site. I have to log in every time I close the app, even when I have it just running in the background. When customers are on my site, it only shows customers that are browsing from a desktop, not from tablet or mobile phone. Please fix ASAP!!!

This is a really easy way to connect with visitors to our website! Love it!

In the latest version the next problem occurs- when I try to search for a shortcut-the app freezes and all I have to do is to close it and to open again. Please do something. Thank you

Overall the app works fairly well. As youd expect. But a HUGE problem with the app is that it doesnt work in the background. As soon as you close the app to do something else on your phone, you get logged out. It would make so much more sense to log in and then get notified when you have a visitor. Im stuck with it though as I dont make the decision in my office on what services to use. Hopefully this change comes quickly!
