This app is wonderful. It helps me manage my website inquiries seamlessly.

Using the lite version for several months now where I currently work. Plan on upgrading when I get my own business online. The mobile chat support capability allows me to be there for customers visiting our site even when Im out of the office. This was the main reason I choose this app.

Horrible app. Extremely buggy. Not worth paying $15 a month for. Use the free plan first to see for yourself. Signs you out constantly so you miss customers. The chat app only shows one line of text so if you write a long reply it will cut off. It will also submit the same reply multiple times. The app will randomly scroll to the top so you have to scroll down to see the customers reply. How hard is it to make a simple chat app? Even the feedback feature in the app composes an email you cant even send. These guys should be ashamed. There are plenty of apps that keep you signed in and are free so the technology is there. Stay away from this company as since they were bought by zendesk the app has been put in the back burner and headed for the dead pool.

I empathize with the developers as I am certain most of the reasons the app logs out and has not been consistent is the device constraints. I have seen an improvement from last year and will use it when I need to. It would be great if we could jump from device to desktop while connected to a client. E

Great app. Very useful to chat with customers on the go. I use it everyday.

Simply put, the app stinks. Constant connection issues. Does NOT provide consistent push notifications. Will work occasionally then stop working for days. Cancelling my Zopim subscription. Waste of money.

The App is very very good and very usefull ! But it crash often, plz update..
