I like this app for our small business. Very clean, very easy to set up and install slightly more advanced features (trigger alerts, multiple attendants, etc). I didnt have any issues with this app staying open in the background like another reviewer. It pushes the incoming chats to me with very little delay. Im not a web developer by any stretch and was able to get this in our website with no issues

Has a lot of bugs but its a great app

Before it worked great. Since updates the customers do not receive notifications on when our customer service reps are messaging them. There is no sound on there end an it does not pop up. This is hindering an makes me want to discontinue but other than that its good.

Works well in a pinch. Clearly not as simple to use as the desktop version, but works fine when I cant be in front of my computer. I wish I could change the alert sound, however. Nonetheless, found Zopim helps me convert customers, so no complaints here.

The app is not as user-friendly as the desktop version, mostly bugs with running in the background and notifications but still super helpful to have on the go!

A great app for my new business. I can access via desktop when I am in the office and open the app and communicate from mobile devise whenever and wherever! I am a startup and I am enjoying this app a lot

I havent really had a chance to fully explore and test across all scenarios, but it seems to be working fine.

This application appears to work very well. There are a couple of things that do cause a little bit of a problem: The application does not run well in the background, and every time you bring it to the foreground, it seems to need to reconnect. But at the same time, it gives you alerts when its running in the background, and it uses data like mad. You should really watch your data allowance if you use it.

It does everything it needs to do. Plus, its cool to watch web activity in real time.

Great app but could use a few improvements. You do not get a push notification when someone clicks on the chat window to start it but does not enter any text. Sometimes a user thinks nobody is there because I do not send the first message. Sometimes if the user enters a long message the app does not display all of it, you need to close and open a few times.

I like the app but the main issue with it is that when I sign in on my pc it signs out automatically from the iOS app and this is really awful.

Been a customer for over 2 years. The interface is awesome but a little too buggy at times; specially after updates. Those unnecessary mistakes have costs me already thousands of dollars.

No matter what, I should get notifications... But it is inconsistent. Beyond that, if Im offline - its also inconsistent in sending email notifications. It could be worse, but this isnt ready for prime time.

Had high hopes for the App! But sadly as a user, it doesnt function well at all!

Does not stay connected when running in background. Does not notify when someone wants to chat thus leaving them stranded, waiting for a reply.

As of now this app is almost not worth it. Problems listed below, when these problems are fixed I will update the review. 1) The app does not always keep you logged in and doesnt even notify you when you get logged out. 2) Logging into the app logs you out on your desktop. 3) Minimizing the app can sometimes kick you out of the chat notifying your visitor that youve "left the chat". 4) Push notifications are unreliable and inconsistent.

I dont typically review but felt I needed to in this case. The app just doesnt work as it should. For some inexplicable reason, the app seems to have functioned only for a short time since I signed up for this service. It now requires me to log in constantly. I just dont have any faith in the app to notify me once a user has entered my site. Please improve!!!

They need to fix this app. It kicks you out of chats and doesnt allow you to "copy" anything the user writes to store as notes.

This app always gets buggy after a new iOS release. Its supposed to run in the background but doesnt after the last iOS upgrade. Time to switch chat options for work

This app does not work. It does not notify you of chats and instead give the person an out of office message when you are logged in. I contacted customer support about a month ago and they still cant fix it.
