Its Ok but needs more features

Great application. It allows us to be out of the office and still be able to chat.

used this company for a year, just switched to olark. cheaper/better and more features

Overall I love the app and the service it provides. You get tons of great analytic information and it is easy to use. My only complaint it that sometimes the app will stall out and youll have to login in again. This occasionally can interrupt your conversations. Having said that, would highly recommend this for anyone looking to up their customer service experience.

Need language selection for app settings.

Always not connect not open chat

App has many bugs which not solved after 1 year! Messages can not be displayed completly, notifications doesnt work, disconnecting but shows online.

After update, push notifications do not work

After the update (01.09.2015), push natification is not working. Please repair this. For iPhone 6 PLUS. We ara waiting your help. A.S.A.P

Very usefull app for online shop. Highly recommend. Will be great if you made Russian localization!

After last update it works incorrectly with cyrillic symbols — app show just first part of users messages, so this app for me becomes useless, cuz i cant understand what users talking about.
