By far the slowest customer chat app I have ever used. I just have to use it now as our company uses Zendesk as whole package. But i hope app developers can work on this to make it better.
What happened to chat? Zendesk couldn’t care less about improvements to their chat mobile app since they bought zopim
Every time I get a notification for a chat I click on it and it says the user has left the chat. Sometimes it will show up minutes later after a full app restart. Another job well done Zendesk.
The app continues to alert you that you're offline outside of business hours and on weekends. Additionally, app won't keep you connected/online.
We use this to communicate with ours clients. The app always deletes the previous text when we switch window to another chore . It is frustrating to rewrite and can’t copy client information. Please improve your errors!
The app has not worked for me for months. I deleted and re downloaded but nothing. I wonder when this will be addressed?
Links aren’t clickable anymore in the user navigation. I have to copy and paste now to see where the user is. Fix this!
I know my username and password but I am not able to login. There is no reason why I can’t get into the account.

I use Zopim/Zendesk on two of my four websites. I really like its simplicity to use. I wish they offered the ability to change colors of the the chat box to match websites.
Always automatically forced offline
Doesn’t reboot...people chime in and you can’t get it them. I often have to close it out and re open. Then I lose users. The swiping is not intuitive. You click on someone, then you go to swipe back to get to your list and it brings up a menu. You guys should follow the lead of swiping to the right gets you back to your list. Not a useless menu not part of the daily function. Wake up!

The zendesk chat app is buggy and the widget code that needs to be placed on your website causes your site to load slowly. Overall a poor solution. And customer support is over seas and rarely available. Not a good experience.
Keeps freezing in the middle of chatting with customers.
I thought this would cure my problem. I don’t have time to sit in front of my computer waiting for a visitor to ask me a question. I am typically out on service calls and thought this would be a great way for me to answer chats while I was on the go. It doesn’t work if I close my browser on my computer. It seems to work once in a while when I receive a message and then it lets me send one message and then I can’t send anymore. I was hoping for so much more, a cure-all for my problem. This is not it.
When someone leaves you a message, you cannot see it. On my iPhone, when I click on the persons name that left a message, the page is completely blank. So basically I am unable to use this app unless it is for current chats only.
So I’m not sure what the point of the app if it doesn’t have the same functionality as the site.
We were excited when Zendesk purchased Zopim (I think it was 2-3) years ago. Since then no much has changed. Especially the mobile app is getting more buggy every day. Some key features are missing on the mobile app. For example if I transfer a chat to an Agent - I still keep getting notifications from the chat. So transfer and leave is not an option. Lately in some chats I keep loosing the last word of every sentence. It’s quite annoying. There were some improvements over the years like banning user from the mobile app, but overwall nothing that I would say “WoW” :)
I love the desktop app and pay for the premium level plan. But the mobile app, while occasionally helpful, is disappointing and needs to be beefed up. Two specific complaints: 1) Notifications are spotty. Sometimes I have clients activate a chat session and I’m never alerted and notified. I find out later if I’m lucky enough for the customer to leave a note and contact info. 2) I can’t access past chats. When I do miss chats due to no notification, I can’t pull them up. I have to go to the desktop app to retrieve them. The app is helpful, but could be so much more powerful with these fixes.
I love Zendesk. It is one of the best investments I made in my business, but the app is very slow to respond and when you lose customers, have to shut app and reopen to find them. The app needs to be upgraded.
The app is pretty good and improvements are showing, looks great on iPhone X. The one major issue I have which reduced to 3 stars is the swipe right, all it does is bring out the settings panel which is mostly useless. When using the app on iPhone X and either viewing customer info or in the chat, the only way to go back to the previous screen is to tap the arrow that's on the top left corner, which is literally the farthest place to stretch my thumb to, if you can only have a swipe right option that bring up the previous screen as in all email, messages and standard apps that will definitely improve this rating significantly.
It was working good ten one day it started force closing. I keep trying to delete and uninstall and it keeps reappearing. I need the space plus it no longer works please help! I have a iPhone 6 if that helps.
Continues to disconnect by itself and freeze on iPhone.This is not good as you miss potential customers trying to chat or ask important questions before making a purchase.Developers are doing absolutely nothing to fix this.Keep your money or find a better app guys.
Zendesk is great....on my computer. On my phone - which is where I typically get online as I’m traveling a lot - I can’t see history or recent chats. Lack of visibility is tough. I’m sure they’ll improve this soon.
This service is great on desktop but the mobile version I very much sub par. Often when I try to click to enter/accept a live chat, the button doesn’t work and doesn’t allow me to enter. I also had my desktop and app open, and when I responded on the app it said it wasn’t able to deliver, but on desktop it showed it had delivered so if I hadn’t had desktop open it would have sent multiple times. I also logged out of the app, but it kept showing to members that I was online, and it was sending me notifications. It would be better if the app was set up more intuitively like a messaging/texting app, but truly I just want the bugs and glitches fixed so it works properly and doesn’t tell me the wrong thing
We pay for this, so very disappointed with lack of features on mobile. Desktop 5 stars.
I have been using the chat for quite sometime now. Very happy with the online version using my laptop; however, the app does not sync the chat history. I chat using the app, and when I go to my laptop, the conversation did not sync, the user info is nowhere to be found. I've lost the opportunity to give followup to that potential customer! :( Thought using the app on the go, would help me not loose sales. Wrong!!!!
This app used to work perfect until the last update. It is terrible now and I am going to hate to let it go for another chat app.
This app is amazing! Love the new overhaul... would love if you can edit or add shortcuts via the app! Thanks for your hard work! It’s amazing how far this app has come! A very happy customer! I mainly use the mobile app.. so the more control from the mobile app the better

The service. The app used to be fantastic, new version doesn’t work properly. No triggers, disconnects automatically, different than the desktop. The Mobil version is much better.
The newest update removes visitor information. You can no longer see guest city.

App continuously sign me out, I don't get alerts for incoming chats on my phone. Missing all of the incoming request if I'm away from my desk! Unacceptable!!! Fix it!!
