Excellent and much improved
Ive been an avid user of the Zopim software for many, many years. The web application has had issues throughout the years and I can confidently say that its almost flawless now. Its an integral part of our business
The app has unfortunately been less reliable. Theyve come out with an update now to fix the mobile apps connection issues and I believe thats a huge step in the right direction. Ive seen it improve.
A few months ago we were considering having to leave bc of those issues (you think its running in the background but customers are trying to chat with you and youre unaware of it). It was the first time we thought about leaving and then they came out with an update that gave it a huge jump in reliability.
Mobile is the most import aspect of almost everyones business now and Im glad to see theyre putting more time into the mobile application. I give this a 4 star for excellence but hope the last little connectivity issues get resolved.
